Queen’s University is located in the city of Belfast, the capital of Northern Ireland. Our historic campus is based in south Belfast, 15 minutes’ walk from the vibrant city centre. You can travel to Queen’s from the Belfast City Airport either by taxi or via a bus to the city centre, which is no more than a 20 minute walk to the University. If you are travelling to Belfast by train, then depart the train at Great Victoria Street and you can either walk or take a bus from there to the University site.
The Colloquium will be held in two locations: on Thursday 12 May – the daytime sessions will be held at the Ulster Museum, which is a short walk through Botanic Gardens from the University’s main campus. Please find directions here. On the evening of Thursday 12 May, there will be a reception in the Great Hall in Queen’s Lanyon Building, number 1 on this campus map.
